I strongly believe that no Athlete’s journey is the same. Every work out will be different. I consider nutritional counseling and helping you stay motivated an integral part of my role.
Whatever you like to do, we customize the work out. I strongly recommend Athletes work out with me at least 2x per week for the first six weeks. I train those who are serious about results. I have a gym or can come to you.
90 Day Transform
Most of my Athletes are looking to get to the next level - quickly. In 90 days with 2x or 3x a week sessions, Athletes are losing weight, inches off their waist and gaining a new, more positive outlook on life.
Boxing - I am a USA Boxing Certified Coach. Washingtonians love to box! If you want to start or brush up on your boxing and self-defense training, we can craft a fitness plan for you.
Race Training - Whether you are looking to run a marathon or your first 5k, I work with many Athletes to ensure proper form, improve distance and speed and avoid injury.
Kettlebell Training - I am a Kettlebell Certified Trainer.
Pre- and Post-Natal Training - I am certified to help new mothers.
