I am a full-time personal trainer. This is not a part-time gig for me. Living a healthy life and bringing a positive attitude to the world is who I am - not something I do.
I don't have "clients" or "customers." I work with athletes. My athletes range from 24 year olds training for their first marathon, brides looking to get fit for the big day to 65 years young individuals looking to keep up with their grandkids.
Getting fit and living a healthy life is a journey. I consider it a true privilege to partner with my athletes and them transform not only their bodies but their lives.
If it was only about exercise, we would all be fit. Being (and staying) healthy is about eating clean, exercise, hydrating and staying motivated. Personal training to me means helping athletes achieve that balance.
